High build is achieved through a screen printing process which applies a thicker varnish to the targeted area.

This process is effective when a raised text or pattern is desired. The height of the varnish is easily controlled through the screen. This is achieved by controlling the amount of varnish to pass through the screen at any one time by selecting the appropriate screen for the job. As a result, the more varnish passed through the screen produces a higher build.
